Payment Options
  • Self-Pay – If you are paying for your own therapy, then the following information is for you full payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

  • Auto Insurance – We accept all PIP but no 3rd Party claims please.

  • Labor and Industries – We accept all work -related claims.  Please come prepared with all necessary paperwork.

  • Medical Insurance – We are limited on the health insurance we accept; please check with your Provider to see if we are on their Preferred Provider list.  If your medical plan has out-of-network coverage for massage, We will provide upon request invoices and chart notes for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.  If you have a health savings account (HSA) or a flex spending account (FSA), consider taking advantage of these pre-tax benefits to pay for your session.

  • Medicaid, Medicare, and Medical Coupons –  As of July 2009, my research has led me to the information that Medicaid, Medicare, and Washington state Medical Coupons do not cover massage therapy.  This is indeed unfortunate for those of you who have this as your sole means of payment, but I urge you to seek out helpful therapies that are covered.

    In the meantime, don’t let your pain issues continue to build.  Typically pain increases if unattended.  Self care is always an option and the only expense incurred is to acquire some basic tools such as a foam roller ($12), tennis balls (<$3), lacrosse ball ($3), theracane ($35), self-care books ($10-20 each), etc. 

     

Policies
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy – If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give twenty-four hours advance notice. Failure to do so will result in fees due for the full scheduled session time. If you are a client using insurance, you are responsible for the full fee due, and not your insurance.
  • No-Show Policy –  If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, it will result in fees due for the full scheduled session time (which are not billable to your insurance). If I fail to show for a scheduled appointment, your next one-hour appointment will be free.
  • Privacy Policy – Your information will be kept confidential. Information will only be shared with other health care providers for consults or coordination of care, or with the various agencies involved in payment reimbursement.
  • Inclement Weather Policy – If the weather makes it unsafe to travel, I will call and reschedule your appointment. I will also provide notice on the front/home page of this website. On the occasion that you live in one of the “pocket” neighborhoods or streets, which tend to stay unsafe after most other areas have safe roads, please call and give me as much advanced notice as possible. I want everyone to remain as safe as possible throughout bad weather.
